Q. What is the maximum occupancy?
A. There are 5 bedrooms. 2 King Masters, 2 Queen Masters, 1 room with 1 log bunk bed and a daybed with a trundle which can be converted into a king (the 5th bedroom can sleep 4 in beds). Maximum occupany by law is 12 people.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. We love pets and some may be welcome but you will pay for any damages plus potential lost rent. If you have a well mannered dog and are willing to take complete resonponsibilty please contact us and we can discuss it. No animals are permitted on the beds or furniture!
Q. Is the house "kid friendly?"
A. We love kids too and have lots of fun things for them to do. A PlayStation 3 with games, arcade basketball game in the garage, tons of board games and puzzles and more on the way. Basketball hoop and ping pong table. A great flat yard wth grass for lawn games too.
Q. Where is the bike path?
A. The bike path is right across the street. From there you are just 600 yards to the pool, tennis courts and golf clubhouse. Get your morming coffee and breakfast (seasonal).
Q. How do we get the keys?
A. We make this easy, we will send you an access code to open the front door. You go directly to the house (via the shortcut on Cottonwood Rd) and do not have to go the the mall to pick up or drop off a key. No keys to lose either.
Q. Do you have pool/tennis passes?
A. We provide 12 passes for unlimited use of the outdoor pools and tennis courts. You are responsible for lost passes however.
Q. How is the kitchen stocked?
A. We believe you should have a kitchen that is ready to prepare a real meal and we provide the basics including spices, sugar, flour, baking powder etc. This is for your use while you are here. If you decide to take it home with you we will have to replace it and deduct the cost from your deposit. Please repect the next guests and replace what you may have used up.
Q. How much is the deposit and when would I be refunded?
A. The damage deposit is $500 and must be paid before arrival. We have the home inspected and inventoried right after you leave. If there is no damage, no excess cleaning and no missing items we will credit your credit card or mail a check within 14 days. If excess cleaning is needed or if any terms of the agreement are violatred the deposit may not be refunded. This may include more people than reported or un-claimed pets.
